Land Database / Asset Management

Part of responsible property ownership and stewardship is simply knowing what you have. F&W has worked with clients, some with many hundreds of parcels, to intensively research and catalog their lands. This work can result in vast quantities of maps, photos, documents, and other data that can be arranged into elegant, easy-to-use databases appropriate for a variety of users.

Depending of the client, a database can be presented as hardcopy reports, in digital format, or as a combination. Integration with GIS or online/web-based mapping programs is also possible.

Once established, property databases allow for more efficient stewardship, management, and accountability. Information can be updated faster, and better decisions can be made.
